Yes, Vivisposhcloset.com is an authorized retail seller of the brands sold on our website. All merchandise is original and comes directly to us from the brand manufacturers or one of their authorized dealers. You can find a listing of designers on our website under "Shop by Designer".
How do I know that the items on your website are authentic?
Vivisposhcloset.com does not sell knock-offs of fake merchandise. We stand behind all of our products and guarantee them to be 100% authentic. Each purchase includes the original price tags. Customers can make purchases with complete confidence; but if you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
How can I track my order?
When your purchase is shipped, you will receive tracking information with a number that can be tracked online. You can choose to receive this information via email or text message at the time of checkout.
What if I miss my delivery?
Vivi’s Posh Closet wants to ensure that you receive your purchases safely and securely. Therefore, to receive your order, please make sure that someone is available to sign for the delivery. If no one is present, our Courier will leave a notice with a contact number so you can re-arrange a more convenient delivery time.
How soon can I expect to receive my purchases?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 business hours after receiving payment. Shipping is via FedEx Economy (standard shipping) or FedEx Express (expedited shipping), whichever you choose at the time of checkout. Standard shipping is free to our customers and generally arrives within 5 business days. The cost for expedited shipping is determined when you checkout, and the merchandise is usually received within 3 business days.
Do you offer coupons?
Vivi's Posh Closet offers special prices everyday on authentic designer brand name merchandise. Many of these items can be purchased for less than at local department stores. What do I do if I forget my Password?
To reset your password, follow the "FORGOTTEN PASSWORD" instructions on the SIGN IN page. We will then send you an email so you can create a new password to start shopping again.
Why was the item in my shipping cart no longer available at checkout?
Thanks to our designer partners we are able to provide previous season fashions, so the selections for our website reflect what is currently in stock at any given moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee the right to purchase that item. If an item is in your cart, another customer may purchase the item until you have completed the checkout process.
Am I charged sales tax on my order?
Vivi's Posh Closet is required to collect sales tax in compliance with state and local regulations for orders shipping to Wisconsin, USA. The appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and will show on your final order confirmation. For orders shipping to other states, you may have to declare your purchase and pay state and/or municipal taxes as required by law.
Can I cancel or make changes on my order after it has been placed?
Since we work very quickly to ship your order it is not possible for us to change or cancel an order once you have placed it. Depending upon the item(s) return policy, we are happy to accept the item(s) you ordered once they have been received. For more information regarding returns please see our "Return Policy".
I get an error message when placing an order stating that there has been an authorization failure.
It could just be a typo error. Please verify that the full name, billing address and phone number you entered is associated with the credit card your're trying to use. Make sure that all spelling is correct for the information you entered. Since these error messages tend to come from your bank's servers and not from our website, we recommend calling your bank first for further information if you receive an authorization error.
Do you charge shipping costs?
All domestic and international orders have free standard shipping, regardless of your total purchase amount. Expedited shipping is paid by the customer and is determined at the time of checkout.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Vivi's Posh Closet accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, bank debit cards, and PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery (COD).
When do you take payment?
If you are paying by charge card, your items will be charged when the order ships. If you pay using PayPal, your account will be charged immediately.
Can I return clothing with makeup or fake tan markings on it?
Returned items must be able to be resold upon receipt. Unfortunately, any item(s) returned with stains cannot be refunded or exchanged.
What if my return item(s) get lost on its way back to you?
If your return(s) are lost during transit, please contact the carrier you used to return the item, i.e. post office, FedEx, etc. Vivi's Posh Closet cannot be responsible for any carrier lost items.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once your return has been received, please allow a minimum of 5 business days to process your return.
Refunds: We will send you an email alerting you that we are sending the money to our original payment form.
Exchanges: As soon as your return and request are received and processed, your new item)s) will be shipped according to the standard delivery time. Please refer to our "Return Policy" for additional information.
How long do I have to return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days with all tags attached. Please see our "Return Policy" for more information regarding returns.
Can an item be returned if a bead or sequin falls off with wear?
At times beads, sequins or embellishments can fall off with normal wear. We try to provide extra bead and sequins with the original garment for replacement of those that may fall off. If any bead, sequin or embellishments are broken or missing upon arrival, prior to the garment being worn, it is considered a faulty item.
What if I receive a damaged or faulty item(s)?
Please contact Customer Service with your full name, order number, description and photograph of the problem as soon as they are discovered.
